Senator Wilken, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                     
the Finance Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 297                                     
"An Act relating to the taking of black bear, brown bear, and grizzly                               
bear and to registration of big game guides for certain guide use                                   
areas." Without objection, the bill was referred to the Rules                                       
Committee.
